Park Rates and Prices for Your Stay
Our park's fee-structure is described below.

All our park's prices are based on two-adult occupancy, and there are surcharges for additional occupants over the age of 18. The fee structure is:
For extended stays of more than a month, there is an add-on fee of $50.00 monthly per extra person over 18. (We assume at minimum one person over 18, but two or more will include this additional fee.)
For extended stays, at check in, we collect one month's stay as a deposit, and a $50.00 electrical deposit.
In order to make a reservation lasting a month or more you must apply with our park first,
and there is an application fee of $50.00 per adult for this process.
We require a one night non-refundable deposit in order to secure your reservation with us, and you can check the reservations page for more information.
We do not allow any vehicle older than 10 years old for monthly or extended stays in the park.
